Mihoko Azumi moved to Guatemala in the 2000's, searching for the opportunity to bring Japanese cuisine beyond the conversation of "sushi and instant noodles" to Guatemla.
Alfonso a native of Venezuela and winner of 8 medals including gold and silver at the ACF American culinary federation ~foro panamericano de las americas ~ wacs world association of chefs society.
